The various documents in this section are the membership-adopted corporate regulations and the Board of Director-approved rules and procedures guiding our Association.  As amendments and changes are approved, these documents will be up-dated.  Lot Owners are encouraged to up-date their copies.  As Lot ownership changes, Administration will provide current documents to new Owners.
